Plans and member places
3 min read
Your plan sets how many people you can save in your organisation — everyone on your People list who isn't archived.
| Plan | People |
|---|---|
| Free | 10 |
| Tier 1 | 30 |
| Tier 2 | 75 |
| Tier 3 | 200 |
The same people can join as many sweepstakes as you like at no extra cost. Adding someone who's already on your list never uses another place. So on Tier 1 you could run a Strictly sweepstake, a Premier League one and a Grand National one with the same 30 colleagues.
Every paid plan can be paid monthly or annually. Prices are on the pricing page. No VAT is added. The price you see is the full amount.
Freeing up places
Archiving someone frees their place. Their history in finished sweepstakes is kept. You can't archive someone while they're in a sweepstake that's been drawn but hasn't finished yet.
Upgrading
Go to Billing and choose the plan you want. If you're on the free plan you'll go to a secure Stripe checkout. Upgrades happen straight away. You pay only for the time left until your renewal date, and your new limit applies as soon as payment goes through.
Downgrading or switching between monthly and annual
Downgrading, or switching between monthly and annual, takes effect at your next renewal. Billing shows the change waiting, for example "Changes to Tier 1 on 1 March 2027", and you can keep your current plan instead.
Nobody is ever removed if you downgrade or a payment fails. You just can't add anyone new until you're back under the limit.
If a payment fails
If a card payment fails, you keep your plan for 7 days while you update your card. After that you go back to the free limit — nothing breaks and nobody is removed.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in the billing portal. Monthly plans run to the end of the month you've paid for; annual plans run to the end of the year you've paid for. Use Open portal under Billing portal to cancel or update your card.
