Choosing which emails and notifications you get

The bell
The bell at the top of your dashboard collects anything worth knowing about: a guide we've sent you, a new event you can run a sweepstake on, your sweepstake filling up. The number shows how many you haven't seen yet. Click one to go straight to it, or Mark all as read.
Emails we send you
As well as the emails you need — confirming your account, resetting your password, receipts — we send three kinds you can turn off:
- Help and tips — a welcome email when you join, a short guide each time you create a new type of sweepstake, and the odd nudge if you look stuck.
- New events — a heads-up when we add an event you might want to run a sweepstake on, like the start of Strictly or the Six Nations.
- Product news — occasional updates about new features.
Turning them off
Go to Settings → Notifications in your dashboard and switch off anything you don't want. Every email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which switches off that kind of email with one click.
Emails to your members about their sweepstake are separate, and controlled by you — see what emails your members get.
