The live leaderboard and your public sweepstake page
3 min read
Your Live tab
The Live tab is your view of how it's going: scores, group tables or who's left in each round, which competitors are still in, and the leaderboard. It refreshes itself every 45 seconds, so you can leave it open.
The public page
The public page is what your members see. It shows the draw, the leaderboard and the results, with a "You" badge when someone opens it from their own email link. It shows names only — never email addresses, and never who has or hasn't paid. It isn't listed on Google.
It's switched off until you choose to share it.
Sharing it
Go to the Share tab and switch on Live page link. Then:
- Copy the link, or use the Slack, Teams or WhatsApp buttons, which copy a ready-written message.
- Show the QR code on a screen in the office or kitchen.
- Press Email link to all members to send it to everyone in one go.
Keeping it private
Anyone with the link can see the page. If it's been shared somewhere it shouldn't have been, press Rotate and confirm — the old link stops working straight away and you get a new one. Switching Live page link off hides the page completely, and also stops the join link and draw link working.
Sound
On supported football competitions, the public page can play a sound when a goal goes in. It's off by default and each viewer turns it on for themselves.
