How to pause or delete your SweepSquad account

Go to Settings → Account → Close your account. You don't have to tell us why.

Pause keeps your sweepstakes and members but stops every email. Sign in any time to pick up where you left off. If you're on a paid plan it won't renew: you keep your paid places until the end of the period, then move to the free plan with everything kept. If you don't sign in for 12 months we delete everything, and we email you 30 days before.

Delete permanently removes your sweepstakes, your members' names and emails, and all their results. On a paid plan you can keep it until the end of the period and delete then, or delete straight away. Deleting straight away ends the plan with no refund for the time left, as in our terms. If you subscribed in the last 14 days, contact us about a refund first.

Can't sign in? Use the delete account form. We'll email a link to the address on the account.

We keep a record of the terms you agreed to for six years, and your billing records stay with our payment provider, Stripe, for accounting.
